Groups can stay together without sacrificing privacy, since every bedroom functions like its own suite with a private full bathroom and smart TV. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, a dedicated workspace, a pull-out sofa and a private cold plunge that chills to 28°F and makes its own ice.
Where you'll sleep
Each bedroom includes a smart TV, fresh linens, towels and space to unpack. A half bathroom on the first floor means visitors do not need to use a bedroom bathroom.
Location
Walk about 10 minutes to Fair Park, the Cotton Bowl and Dos Equis Pavilion — leave the car in the driveway and walk to concerts, game days and the State Fair of Texas without fighting event traffic or parking. Downtown Dallas is about a 6-minute drive, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, museums and major attractions.

“Came in to town for a concert at the Dos Equis Pavilion and the home was a short uber ride to the venue. Very convenient. The home was clean and spacious. Lots of driveway space to park the 2 cars we brought. It was a perfect for our group.”

Yes. The State Fair of Texas takes place at Fair Park each fall, about a 10-minute walk from the front door. Dates during the fair fill early.
Up to 8. Three bedrooms each have a private full bathroom (king, two full beds, queen), and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.
Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.
The Sun Home plunge is a cold-only unit. It chills to about 28°F, below freezing, so it can make its own ice. It does not heat, so it cannot be used as a hot tub or warm soak. Actual temperature may vary with ambient conditions. Guests must follow the provided operating and safety instructions. Children must be supervised around the plunge at all times.
Half of the garage is reserved for the plunge area. Please use the large driveway for parking additional vehicles if needed.
Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor entry and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the garage plunge area.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Parties and unauthorized events are not allowed without pre-approval.
Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about a 15–20 minute drive, and DFW International is about a 28-minute drive.
The Arlington stadiums are about 25 to 35+ minutes by car under normal traffic. Allow extra time on game and event days.
